We want to bring to your attention that once you submit a withdrawal request, it is placed in the general queue for processing. We assure you that all withdrawal requests will be processed as soon as possible and within a reasonable time frame.
As we can see, your latest withdrawal request was canceled by yourself. If you wish to withdraw funds from your balance, please submit a new withdrawal request and wait for it to be processed.
